"Casa Zia Beppina" is located in the San Concordio area of Lucca, which has recently become one of the most important areas of the city with the expansion outwards from the walled centre. In the surroundings you can find also numerous nice restaurants, boutiques and shops, supermarkets, banks in walking distance. The San Concordio area is the best place from which to enjoy a stay in Lucca because the city centre (only 500 meters away) and the train station (only 700 meters far) are both easily accessible by foot or bicycle, and the exit from the highway A11is right there. There is a bus stop near the apartment (on Viale Europa 200 meters far) with connections to/from Pisa city center and airport, Florence and Viareggio (Versilia beaches). "Casa Zia Beppina" is composed of two impeccably maintained independent apartments. Apartment MAGNOLIA (60 square meters in size) is on the ground floor, entrance is through a private garden that has sun in both spring and summer ... a perfect spot for taking breakfast before you set out to explore, or for enjoying a relaxing drink at the end of a long day. It's composed of kitchen completely equipped with gas hob and electric oven (no dishwasher and no washing machine, there is a self service laundry near the apartment), dining/living room with Tv (no sat) and DVD player. Wi-fi Internet connection is always on and completely free. A double bedroom with the possibility to add a single bed, bathroom with shower. Max occupancy: 2+1. Besides an Internet point is available for free just a few steps away (closed on Sunday). The owners Ando and Cinzia live on the first floor apartment, they both speak a good English and they will be happy to help you out with anything that can make your stay more enjoyable.

The city of Lucca, within the rich soil along the Serchio River, between the Apuan Alps and the Mount Pisano, is surrounded by the 16th century city walls that are entirely preserved and of 4.2 km length. Six city gates to access behind the walls, where the visitor meets centuries old palazzos, towers and bell towers, situated along narrow paved alleys that sometimes open towards one of those characteristic piazzas of which the most enowned is "Piazza dell'Anfiteatro". Everywhere shops, small cafés, wine bars, restaurants and taverns, inviting you to taste the typical cooking of the Lucca area, made of simple ingredients, connected with the season. The dishes are accompanied by the local wine full of taste. The centre invites to visit the numerous churches and museums. Watching over Lucca from above, from one of the towers, one can enjoy an enchanting panorama over the red roofs, with lots of green and the summits of the Apuan Alps in the background.

You can easily reach, by car, by train or by bus, the most interesting and well known town in Tuscany as, Pisa, Florence, Viareggio (Versilia beaches), Pistoia, Montecatini Terme. The owners Aldo and Cinzia will be delighted to help you with any information and can suggest our guests the best places to visit.

Weekly price is EUR 450,00 (per apartment per week) Price is inclusive of final cleaning, bed, bath and kitchen linen and towels, kitchen use, cold and warm water, electricity, gas, garden use, wi-fi internet connection always on, children up to 3 years stay free (baby cot and chair available). Price excludes change of bed and bath linen during the stay, extra bath and bed linen and extra cleaning (both charged on request), heating on consumption (€ 0,50 per cubic meter). For a definite booking, a down payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The remaining amount should be paid at check-in, during the stay or at check-out, please cash in Euros (credit cards are not accepted). It's possible to cancel the reservation until 30 days before check-in. The deposit is not refundable from (and within) 30 days before check-in.
