Modern villa with an ample garden, on the western flank of a hill, surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, located 1,5 km far from the beautiful medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna.The villa can accommodate up to 8 persons (2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed). There are also 2 bathrooms with bathtube and shower, a kitchen/dining room and a spacious living room. The price includes gas, water, electricity, final cleaning and linen. At the time of booking you have to pay 30 % of the price through bank transfer or paypal.
Arrival on any day from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (for different arrival times, take arrangements by email)
departure on any day within 10,30 a.m. Minimum stay: 3 days.
Loro Ciuffenna is a beautiful medieval village. There are many restaurants and pizzerias where you can enjoy good quality typical tuscan dishes. A charming river cross the village, offering many amazing panoramic views. Near the village there is the church of Gropina, one of the most beatifull romanic churches of Italy, that does worth a visit. In a short time you can get to the top of Pratomagno mountain, driving along a panoramic road.
Approximate driving times to Arezzo (half an hour); Florence (an hour by road or half an hour by rail from S. Giovanni Valdarno, that you can get in 20 minutes by car ), Siena (an hour).
To reach us: motorway A 1 Milan-Rome-Naples (also known as “Autostrada del Sole), exit at “Valdarno” and follow the directions onto Loro Ciuffenna ( 8 km.). Then ask for “La Badia di Sotto”. When you arrive at the “Badia”, go further and at the first crossroad turn left and just follow the road. At the end there is the villa.

Gas (GPL) is included too, except that in colder months when it will be charged on usage (4 euro each squared meter). For period shorter than a week, take arrangements by email.
