The villa is located nearby Capoliveri, one of the nicest beach in Isola d’Elba. Elba Island is part of Arcipelago Toscano and guests will enjoy there the beauty of sandy or rocky beach and nice water. The villas are located at 2 kms from the beach that are reachable also by a Minibus service. The properties located in an estate of a natural park of 450 hectares have several services at guest disposal such tennis court, swimming pool, horse riding, play ground for children as well as mini club for them. Several private beaches are also at disposal of guests. 
The distance from the mainland is about 10 km, with a total surface of 224 Kmq, Elba is the biggest island of the Tuscan Archipelago and the third of the Italian islands. The climate is particularly mil, because of the irregular shape of the coast which is 147 Km long. You will find here beautiful beaches and the sublime beauty of the Mount Capanne group (1019 mt s.l.). The island is one of the main centres of tourism of international fame. 
Today is very simple to reach the island of Elba, several highways (4 courses) permit to reach Piombino in a moment (follow the indication of "Ferry boat to Elba").  
From Piombino to Portoferraio there are more then 40 Ferry boat courses a day, 40 minutes, it is advisable to book. 
BY TRAIN 
The station of Campiglia Marittima, on the railway Genova-Rome, connects the harbour of Piombino. 
Daily ferry boat courses from Portoferraio, Rio Marina and Porto Azzurro. 
Weekly courses from Livorno to Portoferraio. Rapid hovercraft service between Elba and the mainland. 
BY AIRPLANE 
Marina di Campo is the international touristy airport with a runway of 1185 meters. The airport has flights to and from Pisa, Milan, Bologne, Bergamo, Lugano, Zurich, Munchen.  
Cabs are available. 
A bus service connects all the towns on the island and the ferry-boats. All the roads (170 km) are asphalted and 80 km (macadam) panoramic roads. 
 
The entrance is situated on the rear side of the villa. On the entrance’s right hand side there is a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. From the passage way, downstairs (5 steps), you will reach the fully equipped kitchen (on the right hand side) and the living room with French doors overlooking the sea and the pool. The wooden terrace in front of the pool is furnished with table and chairs, an ideal place for wonderful lunches and dinners. On the left hand side of the passage way, you enter a corridor that allows one to reach 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. There is also a laundry room at guests disposal.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted. BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
