"Casa al Cantone" apposite 12th Pretorio Palace offers guests the chance to experience the atmosphere of a medieval town in two charming indipendents apartments:  
Apartment “La Terrazza” - (2+2guests) entrance Piazzetta del Vicariato, n. 1- The apartment has traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and a private, flower-filled roof terrace overlooking the rooftops to the countryside beyond. First floor, via internal stair: sitting/dining room, kitchen corner, double sofa be, double bed room, shower/wc., roof terrace.  
Apartment “Fiammetta” (2+2 Guests) - entrance Via Boccaccio n. 2. Also this apartment has traditional beamed ceilinng and terracotta floors, Ground floor: sitting/dining room, kitchen corner, double sofa bed, doublebed room, shower/wc. The two apartments are connected by an internal stair and we can let them as a unit which can accododate up to 8 people.

    • Certaldo built entirely with red bricks has preserved its fascinating integrity. Certaldo is a town of cultural and historical interest. It is known worldwide especially as the hometown of Giovanni Boccaccio, who lived and died on 1375 in his house at Via Boccaccio In Certaldo Alto there are three restaurants, one pizzeria, two bar, a grocery store, handicraft, souvenirs and wines stores. In the modern town center (walking distance or by funicolar) you will find supermarkets, banks, bar, restaurants, Pharmacy, Food shops,Market day: Wednesday. Railway station (Firenze-Siena line) In Certaldo you can enjoy of recreational and sport activities: riding,swimming pool, tennis, trekking, Golf (10 Km.).... Especially in the summer period, there are many cultural, musical and artistic events. In July the spectacular festival called "Mercantia" with its street artists and artisans..on every corner of Medieval town.
