It is 2,5 km distance from the centre of village and it is indipendente. 
It is large 120 mq, in the upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 dinningroom with corner stove and chimney. 
Downstairs there are 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a large dinningroom with a sofà double bed and chimney.

The house is part of 30 hectares property, with plants of olive tree, some fruits and forest. 
Large garden with solarium, gazebo, barbecue, car parking, all closed and with an independent entrance. 
The place is very quiet and panoramic with a nice view over the countryside.

It is a strategic location between the sea, the art towns such as Siena, Pisa, Firenze, Roma, Giglio Island and the natural park (Uccellina). 
Relaxing walks, beach, thermal waters in 'TERME DI SATURNIA' (20 minutes distance) considered cure of diseases of the skin and others pathologies and for people who loves to bath during winter and spring; cultural and romantic holiday. 
It is located on the Wine Road, you can drink the excellent wine named MORELLINO DI SCANSANO, and you can eat appreciate delicious food in a lot of restaurants.

    It situated 20 km south of GROSSETO city, 20 minutes to TERME DI SATURNIA, less than 30 km to the ARGENTARIO COAST (ORBETELLO, ANSEDONIA,PORTO SANTO STEFANO, PORTO ERCOLE, GIANNUTRI AND GIGLIO ISLAND.....) ; less than 2 hours to ROME, 1 hour 30 minutes to Sienne, less than 2 hours to Pisa and 2 hours to Florence (with car), near the 'UCCELLINA' natural park.
