Beautiful, large apartment for 8 - 12 people, in a newly and finely redecorated outbuilding of a XVII Th century villa. Positioned in the heart of Tuscany on the beautiful hills surrounding the ancient village of Capalbio, right in the middle of a 64 hectares agricultural estate, a really wonderful location, very quiet, characteristic fully immersed in the beautiful Tuscany country, but, at ones, near to the sea: the seacoast is 10 minutes away by car. The apartment has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, a large bedroom for kids (4 beds), 3 bathrooms: 2 with showel, 1 with tube and a laundry room. Equipments: air conditioning in every room, TV colour, dishwasher, oven, fridge, external frame work with table chairs and barbecue, garden, private car parking and private pine forest. 
 

The place is really nice and quiet, completely immersed in one of the most beautiful corners of Tuscany and at ten minutes driving from the seacoast. Do not forget to visit Tarquinia,Unesco World Heritage, famous for its Etruscan tombs,the oldest example of fresco’s painting in Europe. You can also visit Vulci, with its’ ancient castle and Etruscan Museum, the beautiful valley of the Fiora river,and the spectacular Etruscan/Roman bridge; or Saturnia, with its famous hot waterfalls and Spas and the medieval village of Capalbio, set like a little timeless jewel in the beautiful countryside of Maremma. Right next to us, the Tarot Garden, colourful park inspired by Gaudi, created by sculptress Niki de Saint Phalle. You can also add to your holiday a visit to Rome, reachable by train in only 75 minutes. In a single day, without problems of traffic and parking, you can enjoy a visit to the Eternal City.

The area of Capalbio is the first agricultural district of Europe: ancient traditions, elsewhere disappeared, where still survive.
