Two apartments house each about 60 sq mt. Each comprises two double bed rooms, one bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas burners, oven. Cold and hot running water and central heating. Additional sleeping place in a couch or in folding bed in the rooms. Restored with traditional materials (stone, cotto tiles, chestnut wood floors and craftsmen furniture) and completely furnished and equipped with bed and bathroom linen and kitchen ware. House front grass area with table, chairs and sun umbrella. Access to property swimming pool.

Daily rates up to 3 nights requires 10% add on for end cleaning End cleaning 50€. Weekly rates already include end cleaning Extra beds on top of 4 are 10 euro/day/person. Winter heating is 15 euro/day. Additional weeks get 5% discount.
Payment: 30% at reservation time, Balance 30 days before start date Cancellation Policy: more than 60 days before start date - Full Refund 30 to 60 days before start date - refund less 15% less than 30 days before start date - no Refund unless replacement found
Changeover day other then Saturday will be considered except in August.
