Main Description
The apartment is strategically placed for sight-seeing in the northern Tuscany region(Carrara, Massa, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Lucca etc.) and also southern Liguria(Cinqueterre, La Spezia, Bay of Poets, Portofino, Genova) and is also withing easy distance of Florence and Pisa, which can both be visited on a day trip. It is located 45 minutes from Pisa airport, 1 hour from Parma or Genova airports. Mountains and the sea feature in the surrounding area - so there is an array of mountain scenery - from the Carrara marble mountains to the Apuan Alps, and the many kinds of beaches - sandy, rocky etc. - all within a few minutes' drive. There is also a local bus route and the accommodation is 4 km from Sarzana railway station.
The area is an ideal holiday/sight-seeing spot because of the variety of activities offered.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, but can accommodate 6 people as there is a double sofa-bed in the lounge. The apartment is also kitted out with outdoor furniture on the two roof terraces.

Rates

Low Season Price : €500
High Season Price : €700 per Week


Prices(weekly): January, Feb,November, December: 500 euro
March and April: 550 euro
May to September: 700 euro
October: 600 euro
Prices over Easter and Christmas will be as in the summer months. We also accept short stays of at least 2 nights. There is no restriction on day of arrival or departure.
A deposit of 50% will be required upon booking, and the rest is payable upon arrival. Cancellations accepted up to 2 months prior to arrival, otherwise you forfeit the deposit.
Payments by bank transfer or Western Union.
Cautionary deposit to be given upon arrival(400 euro), reimbursed upon departure.
