Located, in the heart of Tuscany, not far from the centre of the village of Foiano della Chiana in the Cortona area, is ideal to have day trips all over South Tuscany and Umbria the villa situated not far form the Super way that links Perugia to Siena – both cities are reachable in less than hour drive. The nearness to the A1 exit Valdichiana allowed guests also to reach all cultural and historical sites of this two regions as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Todi, Orvieto, Spello or Roma. The area of Cortona is served also by 2 train stations on the Roma - Firenze line, we usually advise clients to use this method of transport to go to the major cities to avoid busy roads. 
 
MAIN BUILDING: Villa Francesco is built on three levels. The ground floor consists of a well equipped kitchen with a wood burning oven and a characteristic vintage wash tub made of “serena stone”, a table for 14 people, a double hall with a frescoed-ceiling. Furthermore, this floor has a bar as well as comfortable relaxing areas, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. An ancient stone staircase leads to the upper levels. The first floor provides a hall with an ornamental fireplace, a sitting room with a well equipped kitchen and a table for 6 people, a double bedroom with an internal bathroom and shower, a double bedroom with external bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower, a double bedroom with external bathroom and shower. The second floor consists of an equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower. 
DEPENDANCE: The annex (for six people) is situated in a private area and is divided into 2 apartments of 65 square metres each, connected through a door and composed as follows: a dining room with kitchenette and a table for 4 people, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted. BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
