Villa S. Andrea is a large wine farm in the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany, in Italy. The farm extends over 600 hectares of fabulous countryside and is conveniently placed near the main Siena/Firenze highway, allowing visitors to reach both cities within 30 minutes drive.  
 
The farm offers accommodation in apartments, B&B rooms as well as an independent villa, for a total of 64 bed places. 
 
The MONTELODOLI and PERTICATO farmhouses are respectively divided into 6 and 7 apartments, each with its their own entrances. The apartments have all been carefully restored in keeping with the character of the historic country house style. Both farmhouses are surrounded by beautiful gardens and they each have a pool. 
 
The VILLA ZOBI is a large, typical Tuscan country house which has been lovingly restored and can house up to 12 people in 6 double bedrooms. Zobi has its own private gardens and pool. 
 
At the very centre of the estate is the hamlet of Fabbrica where the farm offices, the historic wine cellars where we offer visits and wine tastings, oil press and church are all located, as well as the 6 B&B rooms. The spacious rooms are all conditioned and furnished with antiques from the farm. Breakfast is served in the dining room of the farm building. 
 
Apart from wine and olive oil, the farm also produces cereals and sunflower seeds, all of which are irrigated by two artificial lakes on the estate. The rest of the estate is mostly woodland where our guests are free to walk or cycle through the wonderful oak, holm-oak and cypress woods with the possibility of catching site of hare, pheasants even deer.

We accept call credit cards except Diners CANCELLATION POLICY: From reservation date up to 30 days before arrival: no penalty From the 29th day to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount From the 7th day or in case of no show: 75% of the total amount
