Il Pintello farmhouse, which is the perfect solution for those ones who are looking for a quiet and peaceful countryside holiday in an unpolluted nature and away from the traffic noise, is near Florence (15km from the city centre) and close to other places of artistic and cultural importance as Siena, Volterra and S. Gimignano.

Booking: A deposit 30% of the total rental price in confirmation of booking. The balance (70%) is due at arrival in cash. For bookings made less than 40 days prior the beginning of the letting period, the payment must to be made in full. The guest confirm the booking with the return signed Confirmation Booking form. The farm holiday confirm the booking when receive the deposit. Cancellation: If the guest cancel the booking he will lose the deposit paid. 50% of the total price is due if he cancels between 60 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the letting period. Full amount is due when the cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival.
