The Heritage Residence “Via Santo Spirito 6” welcomes its guests as if they were entering into a private home. Several of the rooms are particularly suited for a romantic weekend, while others are perfect for families with children. As we are not a hotel, our guests always receive our personal attention, yet at the same time they enjoy the utmost tranquility and privacy. Shared kitchenettes are available on each floor, offering guests the possibilty to prepare breakfast and simple meals. Our guests may also take advantage of art courses and guided tours. An unforgettable experience in the cradle of art and hospitality!

Guests may use common areas on each floor, including a livingroom and a well equipped kitchenette. 
 
In these areas guests may independently prepare breakfast and small meals. Guests are kindly asked to be courteous and agree upon a respectful use of common areas which meets everyone's needs.

Very quiet room as it overlooks the internal courtyard of the palace. Color LCD TV, private telephone line and wireless internet connection.

The Heritage Residence “Via Santo Spirito 6” promotes Art Vacations, offering their guests the possibility of taking brief courses in watercolor painting, fresco painting, and cooking – or of discovering the marvelous architecture and hidden treasures of Florence and the surrounding areas through our Art Tours, which are both private and personalized. 
 
WATERCOLOR PAINTING COURSE: The watercolor painting course consists of three lessons of 2 hours each, and is adapted to the knowledge and practical experience of the students. 
 
FRESCO PAINTING COURSE: The foundation course in fresco painting consists of 6 hours of instruction divided in 2 mornings, 3 hours each day. 
 
CALLIGRAPHY COURSE: The course consists of 3 lessons of an hour-and-a-half each; prices are by person: 1 person = 140 €; from 2 to 4 people = 100 €; from 5 to 8 people = 80 €.
