The apartment Florian is situated in Piazza del Duomo in the heart of Florence’s historical centre, on the 4th floor without lift, of a prestigious XVI century palace that once belonged to the Ghiberti family, one of Florence’s most important historical families. Spending time in our apartments is to be accompanied by the shadow of the magnificent dome of Brunelleschi, the grandeur of Giotto’s belltower and the splendour of Vasari’s frescos, in an unforgettable dream that Florence will dream with you and bring you great joy and an even greater desire to return.
The apartment directly faces the Duomo, giving you the sensation that you could reach out and touch its magnificent green and white marble facade. Florian has been completely restored in Florentine style with all modern comforts.
Florian is a romantic and welcoming apartment comprising: a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed (120x195), a small and fully-equipped kitchen with a balcony that offers a charming view of Florence, a bedroom with two single beds (85x200) that can be transformed into a double bed. A small entrance hall with a splendid view of the Duomo and one modern bathroom with shower complete the description of the apartment.

Florence, the cradle of the renaissance, boasts an artistic patrimony that has made it one of the most celebrated and fascinating cities in the world: the Dome or Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (with the bell tower designed by Giotto and the dome by Brunelleschi); the baptistery of San Giovanni; the gothic churches of Santa Maria Novella, Santa Trinita and Santa Croce (with its frescos by Giotto, ‘l’Annunciazione’ by Donatello, the tombs of some of Italy’s greatest names and the chapel of the Pazzi family); the Palazzo della Signoria or Palazzo Vecchio; the Bargello. From the renaissance period: the church of San Lorenzo which contains the tombs of the Medici family and of Michelangelo; and Palazzo Pitti which was commenced by Brunelleschi. The museums include: the Uffizi; the Galleria dell’Accademia which houses the statue of David by Michelangelo; the Galleria Palatina; the Museo Nazionale and the Museo Archeologico.

DEPOSIT (advance payment) 30% of the total amount, by wire transfer or via PayPal BALANCE in cash at the moment of the handing over the keys. The cancellation of the reservation will have to be communicated by e-mail / fax at least 60 days before the date of arrival, otherwise you will lose the advance payment. The advance will be given back by money transfer (bank swift) after having detracted the different charges and the bank commissions. Notes to the rental rates SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euros 200/Pounds 150/US$ 250 on your arrival in cash, check or traveller's checks; it will be given back when you leave the apartment ( after a final check of the apartment).
