OYSTER apartment is very nice, completely renovated, well located in the hearth of the historic Florence, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, the museums...the shopping area ..and the most important schools in Florence!!!
The apartaments are also only 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station.

OYSTER (standard 2 persons) has a dining/living room (with a double sofa
bed), a kitchen, a double bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined), a bathroom with shower

The apartment is on the second floor, but there is a small elevator.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m. PAYMENTS: 30% of the total amount before your staying. Balance rental + extras will be payed at check in (cash, please). PAYMENT METHODS: TO SEND THE DEPOSIT: mail a cheque in Euros, money order to our Bank or by credit card: VISA or MASTERCARD (+2,2%) EXTRAS: Final cleaning = € 50,00. Linen/towel = € 15,00 per person, on request. Utilities = you pay what you use. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 2.2%. CANCELLATION POLICY The booking deposit (30% of the total amount) has to be payed at the reservation and it is not refundable in case of cancellation. The booking deposit could be credited for another booking. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 40 days before your arrival date.
