MASSIMO STUDIO apartment in via dei Servi is very nice, completely renovated, well located in the hearth of the historic Florence, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, the museums...the shopping area ..and the most important schools in Florence!!!  
The apartament is also only 10 minutes walk from the Railway Station. 
 
 
MASSIMO STUDIO (standard 2 persons) has a hall/corridor, a very large dining/living room (with a double sofa bed), a kitchen equipped, a single bed in a balcony loft, a bathroom with bathtub/shower. In the living there is also another small single sofa bed (about 70 x 180). 
MASSIMO is an apartment very comfortable...your home away from home! 
 
The apartment is on the second floor, but there is a small elevator.

    • The apartment iswell located in the hearth of the historic Florence, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, the museums, Piazza SS. Annnziata, the shopping area ..and the most important schools in Florence!!!

    In the core of the medieval centre of Florence, close to S.Croce ( the famous gothic Basilica), this location is very attractive: the district is traditional and lively: lots of "arts and crafts" along the streets ( visit "Scuola del cuoio" an interesting leather school bringing forward century-old traditions, right at the back of S.Croce ( access from Via S. Giuseppe); in fornt of the apartment, a mosaic workshop abd school; along Borgo Allegri, Carandini sells the most exquisite leather goods of modern design, and many small antique shops offer pieces of furniture , porcelaine, silver. The flee market is at one end of B.go Allegri.
    The S.Ambrogio market, nearby, provides wonderful food and greeneries from the countryside, every morning. Try the small restaurant inside: Trattoria da Rocco ( just lunchtime, very good traditional food- unexpensive). At night many trandy places: the technological wine-bar La Botte, next door, many pizza houses, and some upscale restaurants ( Il cibreo, Renaissance ccoking- Enoteca Pinchiorri, one of the best-known in Italy)...not to speak of Vivoli, , most famous ice-cream in town, across Piazza S.Croce ( Via Torta)..
    All the major attractions ( Signoria, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Bargello9 are within easy walking distance

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Check-out: 10 a.m. PAYMENTS: 30% of the total amount before your staying. Balance rental + extras will be payed at check in (cash, please). PAYMENT METHODS: TO SEND THE DEPOSIT: mail a cheque in Euros, money order to our Bank or by credit card: VISA or MASTERCARD (+1,8%) EXTRAS: Final cleaning = € 50,00. Linen/towel = € 15,00 per person, on request. Utilities = you pay what you use. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 1,8%. CANCELLATION POLICY The booking deposit (30% of the total amount) has to be payed at the reservation and it is not refundable in case of cancellation. The booking deposit could be credited for another booking. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 40 days before your arrival date.
