In the heart of Florence at Santa Croce, near the Ancient Food Market of S. Ambrogio, Craft Workshops, Antique Dealers, Flea Market, 10 minutes walk from the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery and all the most important places of interest. The apartment is at the second and last floor. It host 2+2 people. 60 square meters with wooden floors and typical frameworks of beams on the ceiling, recently restored and fully furnished with internet,television, air conditioning, single heating, washing machine, and safe. The kitchenette is fully equipped: fridge and freezer, stove, cutlery. The bedroom,on a mezzanine, is wide and very bright.It has a queen bed (or two singles) and a wardrobe.In the living room, large and bright, there are two librarys, TV, sofa and a double sofa-bed (queen size).Dining area with table and chairs. Wide bathroom with shower, lavatory, bidet, wc and washing machine.

I can provide tickets and reservations for the Main Museums, cooking classes in Chianti Area (organic,typically tuscan, vegetarian), wine and food tastings, Val d'Orcia and Siena Tours.

The apt. is just behind the Ancient Market of S.Ambrogio where, every morning, it is possible to buy fresh vegetables,

To make a reservation I usually require a 30% deposit.
