Vacation Rental Description
Our apartment is located at the first (and last) floor of a typical building of the Florence of the thirties with high ceilings and bright rooms. It is about 40 m2, provides a spacious double room (16 m2) with period furniture, a corridor, air-conditioning, a shower-bath and a dinette kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, frezeer, kitchenware, sat-tv etc. From the kitchen you exit on a little balcony with view over the rear gardens.  
Il Miccino is easy reachable from all city accesses (highway at 3km, airport at 3km, central railway station at 2,5 km). It is located in a nice little street, called Via Miccinesi, near Piazza Puccini, on the edge of Florence city centre. There are fee-parking facilities in Via Miccinesi or in the nearby streets.

    Required minimum stay: 1 week, Sat/Sat. Pets not allowed. Prices are per week per property and include: taxes, bed linen, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, sat-tv, cleaning (weekly), electricity, gas, water, washing machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning, cot and highchair. Extras: laundry service, extra single bed, heating**. Heating costs: to be calculated and paid onsite. A deposit equal to 30% of the total rent, in Euro, by wire transfer, paid net of all bank charges, is due to confirm your reservation. Balance: cash (Euro), on arrival. Our holiday house is available for check-in only by appointment, after 4 PM. As we do not have a 24-hour desk, we ask that, whenever possible, all check-ins occur before 7PM. Check out time is at 11AM. A booking confirmation with directions will be emailed to you after receipt of your deposit.
