Vacation Rental Description
We are Americans who live in New York and have an apartment in Florence. We only get to visit our place once a year, so for the rest of the time we rent it out to travelers. 
 
We have a nice quaint 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the historical center of Florence.  
 
Our neighborhood is called the "Oltrarno", it is Florence's "Left Bank", our apartment is one block away from Piazza Santo Spirito and 2 blocks away from the Pitti Palace.  
 
We are in walking distance to everything that Florence has to offer. All utilities including satellite tv and high speed internet are included in the rent.
