It can sleep up to 7 people; it consists of 3 bedrooms with double glazing (1 double-bedded room, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen/dining-room, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

It is on the 3rd floor, no lift.

It is safe and bright, recently renovated and furnished. There are ceilings with exposed timbers in the dining/sleeping area. A bedroom has a beautiful view on the Bargello bell-towers.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle etc. as well as cooking utensils.
There is central heating, air-conditioning in a bedroom, TV, DVD, hairdryer, iron, washing machine etc.
All linen and towels are also provided.

It is situated right in the centre of Florence, just about 100 metres from Piazza della Signoria and the Cathedral, the heart of Florence (a pedestrian precinct).

Near the apartment there are lots of shops of any kind, baker’s, greengrocer’s etc and a supermarket, open on Sundays too
