Castagnatello Country House is a delightfully restored traditional villa immersed in the Tuscan countryside, wonderfully situated between the luscious Amiata Mountain and the enchanting Val d’Orcia. This luxurious hilltop property, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, offers breathtaking views of the nearby hamlet of Seggiano and of the Amiata Mountain.
Castagnatello has 5 apartments furnished to high standards, all offering either panoramic terraces or covered patios to enjoy meals outside:
QUERCIA APARTMENT (sleeps 2):
Quercia is a charming apartment on the first floor with lovely panoramic views. It has a bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen and Sat-TV and a large panoramic terrace that offers magnificent views of the Amiata mountain and of the hill-top hamlet town of Seggiano.
GINESTRA APARTMENT (sleeps 2-3):
The Ginestra apartment is on the ground floor. It has a spacious bedroom, bathroom, living room with open plan kitchen and a covered patio with a direct access to the Country House garden. The bedroom is spacious and if required an extra single bed can be added at an extra cost.
ULIVO apartment (sleeps 4-6):
The spacious Ulivo apartment, on the ground floor, has 2 large bedrooms - one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds - , 2 en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen and a covered patio, with table and chairs, that has direct access to the surrounding garden.
The Ulivo apartment is quite spacious and if requested extra single beds can be added at an extra cost.
VIGNA APARTMENT (sleeps 6-7)
The Vigna apartment is on the first floor. It is for 6 people, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which with washing machine), living room with open plan kitchen and a panoramic terrace with table, chairs and a sunshade umbrella.
The bedrooms of the Vigna apartment are spacious and if required extra single beds can be added at an extra cost.
CASTAGNO APARTMENT (sleeps 7-8)
The Castagno apartment is on two floors. It is for 7 people, it has 3 spacious bedrooms (one bedroom with a king size bed, one with 2 single beds and the third with a king size plus a single bed), 3 en-suite bathrooms, living room, kitchen, a covered patio on the ground floor and a large panoramic terrace with magnificent views of the hilltop town of Seggiano on the first floor.
The bedrooms of the Castagno apartment are spacious and if required extra single beds can be added at an extra cost.
The Country House is on a panoramic 2.5 acres garden, in which there is a charming Tasting House to sample local gastronomy and excellent Tuscan wines and a barbecue for customer use.
On the other side of the garden there is a spacious infinity swimming pool of 53x25 feet (16x8 metres), with its own bathroom and showers.
