The Cottage “Nazzano” is situated in one of the most beautiful, suggestive and undiscovered parts in the heart of Tuscany between olive yard, vineyard and wood. It is enjoys a magnificent panorama on the surrounding countryside and the towers of San Gimignano and of the ancient medieval town of Certaldo Alto Recently restructured with great care it can accommodate 2 – 10 guests. It is formed by three apartments: two at the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each apartment has traditional beamed ceilings and terracotta floors and it is fully furnished. There is a big terrace and garden where you can lunch or stay in relax. “ La Lucciola” : (4 guests) The apartment (90 mq) is located at ground floor with independent entrance and has a great living-dining room with fireplace, Kitchen (fridge - microwave oven- dishwasher- four firework with electric oven), with four firework, double bed room, double bed room on the mezzanine , shower/w.c. “La Libellula ” : (4 guests) The apartment (60 mq.) is at first floor with independent entrance. It is composed with sitting/dining room, Kitchen corner, one double bed room, one room with two single beds, shower/w.c. “La Coccinella” (2 Guests) Also this apartment (30 mq.) is located at ground floor with independent entrance. Has beamed ceilings and terracotta floors and it is fully furnished. Great living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. Equipped kitchen with four firework, fridge. Shower/WC. Large terrace and private garden where you can lunch or stay and relax.

The farmhouse is situed at Nazzano locality- Gambassi Terme (km.4) at the border of three areas: Firenze, Siena e Pisa in the Tuscany centre. Gambassi Terme is ideal starting point for charming excursions in the most beautiful place of the artistic Tuscany, from Florence, Siena , to the nearest Certaldo, San Gimignano andVolterra and the Valdelsa area and the countless small towns all to discover.

Distances: Firenze km. 45 – Siena km. 35 – Monteriggioni km. 30 - Volterra km. 25 – Colle Val d’Elsa km. 15 - San Gimignano km. 10 – Montaione km. 7 - Certaldo km. 4 – Pisa- Lucca km. 65. In Certaldo and Gambassi Terme (4 Km.) you will find supermarkets, banks, bar restaurants, pharmacy, food shops and you can enjoy of recreational and sport activities: riding, swimming pool, tennis, trekking, Golf – Castelfalfi-Montaione (km. 10). In Certaldo there is the railway station Firenze-Siena line.
