We rent ONLY 1large apartment, ( 200 m2) + private loggias ( 50 m2) equiped,in the ground floor of historic house (old monastery XIII century) garden and swimming pool with jacuzzi on the roman stairway, in Villa Historic House , listed monument ex.monastery of XIII century, all restaured , in the country with plants olives around, at 1 km of little etruscan town, at 10 minutes of Cortona, in the south of Florence( 1 hour by train or motorway). At 2 hours of Rome

This rental house is very well for the people like to take rest in the history, and want to visit all the towns of Tuscany and Umbria.

Only the owners live in this Villa very large ( 1000 m2), you have a total privacy, the owners are always presents for some help or some advices for the guests.
