DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: 300Euro at the time of reservation, the balance 60 days prior arrival. REFUND POLICY: We will attempt to rebook the period that you cancelled. In the event it doesn't get book, there is no refund but a credit equal to the amount paid for a future stay on our property, next 2 years. The reason for this policy is due to the fact that most bookings are made several months in advance, often more than a year. The opportunity to rent is all but lost when a cancellation is made. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend making the necessary arrangements with a reliable insurance company to cover all stages of the holiday including flight or transport cancellations as well as for cancellation of your rental booking.
