It is one apartment on the first floor of a villa that has 3 apartments, the owner live upstairs.
The inside space it is divided into: a living room with 2 sofas, tv and dining table, a beautiful new high thech kitchen, 2 bedroom with double size beds, 1 newly restored bathroom with corner tub.
The outside space has a porticato with patio furniture, dining table and barbeques.

REFUND POLICY: We will attempt to rebook the period that you cancelled. In the event it doesn't get book, there is no refund but a credit equal to the amount paid for a future stay on our property, next 2 years. The reason for this policy is due to the fact that most bookings are made several months in advance, often more than a year. The opportunity to rent is all but lost when a cancellation is made. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend making the necessary arrangements with a reliable insurance company to cover all stages of the holiday including flight or transport cancellations as well as for cancellation of your rental booking. Your travel agent should be able to help you with this.
