Borgo Dolciano is one of the most interesting complex for agritourism holiday homes in Tuscany, very close to Umbria , situated 3 km far from the Etruscan town of Chiusi , near to important cultural and historical attractions like: Siena, Pienza, Trasimeno Lake, Montepulciano , Chianciano Terme and other, the ideal place to spend your vacations in true relax among nature, culture, good wine and food. Very nice accommodation in tuscany countryside . 
The area was once the site of Etruscan dwelling as testified by the numerous remains of settlements in the nearby area. The Borgo can accommodate 4 or 6 people each apartment .  
 
The Dolciano hill is overlooked by an elegant 18th century villa which gives on a splendid Italian garden. Spread out over the surrounding area there are various other buildings, like old farms and stables, included an attractive little church beside the villa . Through a skillful renovation of these rural houses, the Borgo Dolciano holiday-home complex was developed. Our Farm Holidays is the ideal solution for those who wish to take a peaceful holiday, immersed in the typical atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside between the gentleness of its green landscape and the restful silence of its hills.

    • All our apartments are at the same time functional and surrounded by a warm atmosphere. All around the complex there is a huge secular park at the exclusive use of our guests and also a swimming pool, private parking, tennis court and barbecue. At your disposal also a flowery garden with tables and umbrellas. TYPE A: for 2+2 Pers. 50 sqm 1st or 2nd floor: living-room with double sofa-bed and kitchen-corner double bedroom and bathroom with shower or bath-tub. TYPE B: for 4+2 Pers. 70-130 sqm Ground floor with independent entrance and garden: living room with double sofa-bed and kitchen corner 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with shower or bathtub.

Final cleaning to be paid on spot 10 Euro per person - max 50 Euro per apartment RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY At the point of booking reservation you must pay an account of 30% of the total ammount. The rest to pay at the check in or check out of the holiday or 30 days before your arrival. In case of the cancellation you will be charged of: 1)from the reservation to 50 days before the holiday, 40% of the total amount 2)from 50 to 30 days before the holiday, 50% of the total amount 3) from 30 to 10 days before the holiday, 70% of the total amount 4) from 10 to 1 day before the holiday, 90% of the total amount For 'NO SHOW' ( no cancellation ) you will be charged of the total amount. DEPOSIT : at the arrival the guest must paid an account of Euros 150 .
