Flat in chiantishire is a nice ,modern and well furnished apartment placed on the first floor of a small condominium, in a beautiful medioeval village ,between Florence and Siena.(about 25 Kilometers). It has got a large living room , a dining room a small, but well equipped kitchen. a bathroom with a bath and shower, a double bedroom another smaller bedroom with two single beds, an attic with two other beds. A cot for young children can be available ,on demand. There's also a balcony and a large openable verandah with a table and 6 chairs for those guests who want to have their meals in the open air. From the verandah you cau enjoy a beautiful view over the Chianti hills.In front of the building there's a free car park and a small garden that belongs to the property. It's placed in a very green and quiet area ,100 meters out of the village centre,where you can find a backery,a small supermarket, a chemist, two banks a post office, two restaurants two bars, a tourist information office with an internet point and a doctor's surgery .From S,donato in poggio you can reach very iteresting places such as Florence ,Siena, Pisa, S.Gimignano, or have wine tasting tours through the Chianti area. You can go swimming in the nearby swimming pools, or fishing, walking, playing tennis,or horse riding.The place is suitable for a relaxing or cultural holiday.If you are interested in learning Italian ,you can take advantage of the owner qualifications ,to get individual lessons.

The apartment is placed close to the bus stop, from which buses leave to Florence or Siena. The nearest airport is Florence airport or Pisa. There are lots of activities you can do here. You can visit places of highly cultural interest, museums .old buildings or medioeval castles. you can cycle , walk or you can easily reach one of the many resorts on the Tirreno sea coast (100Kilometres).There's the opportunity to attend classical music concerts in the open air, or going to the theatre.There's a big shopping centre in a nearby town (Poggibonsi 13 Km. far from the village)and lots of other shops in the village. if you want to try the traditional tuscan cusine there are lots of good restaurants nearby, or in the village itself.

if you are interested in learning Italian you can reach Florence in 20 minutes where there are very good schools of Italian for foreigners, or you can get individual or group lessons from the owner herself who is an experienced language teacher and can deliver you lessons at a very reasonable price..You can also attend painting courses or cookery courses both in Florence and Siena.

July to 31st. August . Christmas holidays and Easter holiday.For those guests who rent the location for two weeks the price will be lower.Renters can take advantage of an Autumn special offer. From the 1st of October to the 20th December the price per week will be 450 Euros.
