Originally part of the “Alle Valli” wine estate owned by renaissance Monna Lapa of the Gianfigliazzi Family, La valle a Polvereto has been charmingly restored to its former glory by its owner who has retained the colonial essence of the past while creatively adding colorful accents and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 
 
The neighboring towns of Tavarnelle Val Di Pesa , Certaldo and Montespertoli have recently become culinary landmarks on the map of "where to go" in Tuscany by food and wine appassionatos worldwide.  
Here along the famous wine road Strada del Chianti, you may spend time visiting wineries, dining on Tuscan cuisine, horseback riding, hiking, biking, or playing golf at world class golf courses. 
 
Explore the magical "Chianti" countryside, then come home to Alle Valli and take in the ambience while enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Tuscan hills. They can be rented separately or together. 
Each unit has its own private entrance and outdoor sitting and dining area, allowing for group fun or for privacy when desired. All have fully equipped, self serving kitchens, plus, we can also arrange for delicious Tuscan specialties to be prepared for you in our kitchen.

The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property. Reservation: An account of 35 % of the bill (as stated on the invoice agreement)+ € 30 Booking fee is required and the remaining balance has to be paid in full one month before your arrival . Cancellation fees in case of a cancellation: After payment of initial deposit of total rental cost : 35 % + Booking fee of the bill Cancellation between 75 days before arrival: 60 % of the bill Cancellation between 45 days before arrival: 80 % of the bill Cancellation under one week: 100 % of the bill
