Situated among the olive trees and the vineyards, a few kilometres far from Montespertoli, near Florence and in the Heart of Chianti, Podere Casanova Farmhouse offers a pleasing and relaxing staying in the Tuscany countryside. 
 
In this farmhouse there are 5 apartments: 
 
- APT GINESTRA; 
- APT GELSOMINO; 
- APT MELOGRANO; 
- APT CIPRESSO; 
- APT CILIEGIO. 
 
 
The main building, a farmhouse of the XVII century, has a panoramic view over the surrounding hills and it is divided into four flats furnished with the typical Tuscan style, and equipped with completely fitted out kitchen (kitchenware, 4 flame gas stove, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher). 
 
Among the services offered to its customers, an FREE area wi-fi : the Guests can connect to the internet by common areas of Podere, for example gazebo in front of the reception or the reception itself, with its laptop computer, or using the Podere Casanova. 
The apartments on the ground floor can dispose of a gazebo, whereas those on the upper floor have a spacious terrace with stunning view over the landscape.  
 
A barbecue with wood oven to make pizza as well as a swimming pool, make the stay during the summer season just perfect.  
Another flat has been obtained from the restructuring of barn.  
 
In the garden, among the olive and the fruit trees, you can relax by the swimming-pool which is open from May to October, surrounded by a sun terrace with beach umbrellas, sun beds and tables. 
 
 
WINE AND OIL: 
 
The Podere Casanova farm is located between the Tuscan hills and is surrounded by a magnificent view that is divided between forests, vineyards, olive groves and perfectly maintained Amazing sunsets.  
 
In our small, we are helping to enrich our land with these rare gems: Podere Casanova is surrounded by 70 thousand meters of forest largely visited by 10 thousand meters of vineyard for us to produce White Wine, Red Wine and Vinsanto.  
 
And again, plant 1,000 olive, which produce an excellent Olive Oil. 
 
 
THE ACCOMODATION: 
 
The accommodation is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, fruit trees and there are also some nice goats, the great pleasure for the small guests. 
 
It is possible to purchase and taste the farm products such as wine or olive oil directly at the reception.  
 
Once a week, the family has the pleasure to organize a welcome with the guests with typical products or pizza, a pleasant event to get to know other cultures or to make friendship. There is also a parking, with several parking lots covered to protect the cars from the heat of the sun.  
 
Thanks to the most happy position of Podere Casanova, you can easily reach Florence and the other main Tuscan towns - San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa - as well as the other tourist routes in the Chianti.
