4 Bedroom Farmhouse in Greve in Chianti

Farmhouse is born in April 2007, when we finished works of restorer, cured by ourselves. 
 
The care that we used to restore our birth house will feel you wrapped from a familiar air, placid, quite like our lands. 
 
Farmhouse is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves owned, situated in the earth of Chianti area, between Florence (25km) and Siena (35km) and it’s also near, 5 minutes by walk, from the centre of Greve in Chianti town. 
 
 
Our farmhouse offers your guests suite and apartment. 
 
All that you’ll find in your accommodation is created by ourselves, beds of oak, bathrooms realized with typical materials of our land, stairs made by hand step by step, tables realized from old barrel. 
 
We offer accommodation in a suite or apartment. Suite is a large room, comfortable, arranged on two floors: on ground floor you’ll find a living room with tv-sat and private bathroom, on first floor large double bedroom. 
 
The apartment offers the chance to spend a holiday in complete freedom, in fact, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV-sat. 
 
Outside,for our guests there’s the equipped garden, a beautiful park of oaks with barbecue area and the swimming pool 6mx12m with salted water.

The farm Podere Campriano is located in the heart of the Chianti area and it extends for about 3 ha, of olive groves and vineyards that bordering the town of Greve in Chianti. 
 
The farm is run entirely by the third generation family business, it has renewed all of its vineyards in 1999 while maintaining some plots as the grandfather " Nello" had left. The vineyard facing sun and the characteristic mineral soils give the grapes produced in the area Campriano, a special immediately recognizable, the rest, just the Etruscans used the name Campriano only for particularly fertile and high quality areas. 
 
The farm is very attentive to the genuineness and typicality of the product, produces wine, olive oil and cooked must only organically, respecting the ancient teachings but with open eyes to new winemaking techniques. 
 
Inside the farmhouse, available to guests and visitors, the direct selling situated in an integral part of the old cellar, where we organizes tastings and tours.
