Vacation Rental Description

Casa Mezzuola is part of a small group of farmhouses atop a hill 3 kilometers outside Greve where the land was divided into separate smaller properties. Friendly hosts, Riccardo, an antiques and jewelry dealer, Nicoletta, and their two girls live in the main house while hospitality is offered within three apartments for two to four persons in the adjacent stables and fienile where the hay was once stored. The stone walls, beams, and original brick openings to allow air into the barn were all preserved in the tower-like construction housing two of the apartments. A two-story apartment has a tiled kitchen/living area on one floor and bedroom and bathroom upstairs, while the snug studio apartment crowns the top of the tower. They are all nicely furnished with colorful rugs, local country furniture, satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchens. Breakfast is served within the apartments or outside under one of the pergola terraces. Just below the apartments is a swimming pool, which enjoys the expansive vistas, and there are bikes for guests’ use. This is a convenient base for travelers in the heart of Chianti. Greve has a full program of festivals, concerts, and events, especially during the summer.

WE request the 20% at the moment of the reservation, the balance will be paid at the arrival. cancellation policy: if the cancellation is made before 60 days from the arrival , the deposit will be refunded 100% if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the arrival day, the deposit will be refunded 50 %. If the cancellation is made after 30 days from the arrivalday , the deposit will be refunded 0% if the cancellation is not even done (no show) the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
