Nestled on a hillside surrounded by its vineyards is the 17th-century residence of Le Miccine. The residence has been completely restored and updated and is now available for vacation rentals. The residence is divided by floor into two apartments, which can be rented together or separately.

The ground floor Guest Apartment has a large living room with fireplace, a large eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms (both with queen-size beds) and two bathrooms. A third bedroom with two twin beds can be added to the Guest Apartment. Upstairs, the Owners' Apartment is available for rental when the owners are not in residence. It has a large living room, a large dining room with original Tuscan hearth, a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with queen-size bed, the other with two twin beds) and two bathrooms.

Guests at Le Miccine have the opportunity to learn a bit about grape farming and wine making while at their Tuscan "home away from home."

The residence is divided by floor into two apartments; the rental rates shown are for the two-bedroom, two-bath Guest Apartment. A third bedroom may be added at an additional charge. The Guest Apartment may also be rented as a one-bedroom, one-bath unit, in which case, the rental rate is lower. The two-bedroom, two-bath Owners' Apartment is approximately US$100 more per week than the two-bedroom Guest Apartment.

A nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit of 50% is due at the time of reseration, with the balance due 60 days in advance of arrival. A $300 security deposit, per apartment, is payable with the final balance--the security deposit is refunded within 14 days following departure, assuming there is no damage.
