Vacation Rental Description

‘Il Capanno’ is an independent structure that can host 4 people. Two bedrooms, each with their own separate bathrooms and showers, are available. The house has a breakfast area under an archway with a spectacular view of the olive groves and swimming pool. “Il capanno” is fully equipped with a laundry, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and Telephone.
There is a large living room with an open space kitchen and sitting area in front of a beautiful fireplace for your relaxing evenings in Chianti. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4 burner gas cooker, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and a large fridge. The dining table is a perfect place for a peaceful dinner. The main bedroom has a double bed, with it's own individual bathroom and shower. “Il capanno” has a second room with 2 separate beds and a possible third on a garret. This room also has it's own separate bathroom with shower. Externally there is a private outdoor patio surrounded by a flower garden, the perfect place for an afternoon tea, after a swim in the pool (15 metre by 8 metres - approx 50m away) that overlooks an old brick well between two cypress trees.
All linen is provided (except pool towels) and the house is cleaned weekly. Wireless internet is available on request, and a covered parking space is also available on request.

Rental Rates

				Season Rate
				Low Season Price:	€1,200 per Week
				High Season Price:	€1,200 per Week

Payment of a deposit of 25% of the rental price is required in order for a reservation to be confirmed. Balance of rental price is payable 8 weeks prior to holiday start date. For reservations made less than 8 weeks prior to holiday start date, payment of rental in full is required at time of booking. Contact owner for preferred payment method.
