‘Le Ginestre’ is a beautifully restored apartment with traditional chestnut beams and terracotta pavement. ‘Le Ginestre’ has its own individual washing machine, gas heating and hot water with solar panels.
The open space marble and travertino kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, a fridge and freezer, electric oven, 4 gas burner and dishwasher. There is a large table for a pleasant and comfortable dining experience, with satellite television nearby. The flat has two large bedrooms, each has its own bathroom. The main room has it's own bathroom with a bathtub.
The living room gives direct access to a private 15 x 5 m patio with travertino paving for outdoor ‘al fresco’ dining or simply appreciating the beautiful panoramic view amongst a typical Mediterranean herbal garden and under a pergola.
It is possible to reach the swimming pool directly from the patio.
All linen is provided (except pool towels) and the house is cleaned weekly. Wireless internet is available on request.

There is also a 3rd bedroom (with disabled access and bathroom) available on request.
