San Vito is the ideal spot for a vacation of total leisure, offering unparalleled opportunities to visit nearby attractions and to discover the magic of Tuscan countryside. 
Agriturismo Il FRANTOIO is a perfect spot for visiting the fantastic cultural and historical cities of Tuscany.Florence is only 15 km far from us, and Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano are near as well.  
Both comfortable and practical, the flats offer fully-equipped kitchens, bath with shower, and cosy bedrooms, each with TV, telephone, valuables safe, and hairdryer. Throughout our summer season our guests can enjoy the lovely swimming pools.  
Tenuta guests enjoy delightful choices: walking trails, guided tours of the winemaking cellar, as well as cooking lessons in the local cuisine. The estate also offer a lovely restaurant which offers delicious interpretation of traditional Tuscan cuisine.
