Agriturismo Le Valli is formed by two farmhouses, Il Ruscello and La Valle. 
Il Ruscello is a large stone farmhouse for up to 10+4 people with swimming-pool 6x12 m. 
 
La Valle is formed by 5 apartments for 2/4/9 persons with private entrance and a 9x18 m panoramic swimming-pool (open from the 20th of May to the 20th of September).  
The farmhouse is rent for groups of 22+6 people as well. 
 
• Moraiolo for 4 + 1 persons (90 sm) on two levels: on the ground floor has a dining room with single divan-bed and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom (double bed) with bathroom (shower); on the first floor 1 double bedroom (single beds) with bathroom (shower). Private garden with dining-table. 
• Frantoio for 4 + 1 persons (90 am) on two levels: on the ground floor, has a dining room with double divan-bed and kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower; on the first floor 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single ones) and 1 bathroom (shower). Private garden with dining-table. 
• Pendolino for 6 + 1 persons (100 sm) on the first floor, has a dining-room with single divan-bed and kitchenette and open garret with 2 single beds upstairs, 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single ones) and 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with tub). 
• Leccino for 2 + 1 persons on the first floor, is a 50 sm one-room flat with kitchenette, king size divan-bed and open garret with double bed. 
• Coratina for 6 + 2 persons (110 sm) on the ground floor, has a dining-room with kitchenette, 1 triple bedroom and 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single ones) 2 bathrooms with tub. Private garden with dining-table.

Agriturismo Le Valli is formed by two farmhouses, Il Ruscello and La Valle, both with panoramic pool. The park surrounding the farmhouse has several places which invite for relaxing or trekking throught the woods. Our guests have at their disposal barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor showers, baby garden toys and fruit trees. The Casciana Terme Wealth & Beauty Center is at 5 min. - convention (5-10% discount on tarifs). Avaible wide hall for tasting, expositions, shows, activities (20 meters from the farmhouse). Tasting tour weekly planned. Nearby: riding lessons or horse trekking, golf, tennis yards.

Stays Open all the year. Minimum stay: high and mid season 7 nights, low season 2-3 nights. Preferably weekly from Saturday to Saturday. For different solution, please contact the booking office. Check-in 4 p.m. Check-out 10 a.m. It’s requested the payment of the 30% of the total as deposit in confirmation of the booking - payable with bank transfer. Payment of the settlement on arrival.
