Restored in 2009 in tuscany style, 48 sq mt , sleeps 5 with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and one double sofa-bed ( in the sitting area). It has all modern conveniences including TV and connection for internet, washing machine, gas for cooking, shower in the bathroom and constant hot water. We provide sheets, towels, etc.
There is , is a good general supermarket 5 km from the house and petrol is 2 km away. The bus stop to Florence is 5 km far from the house.
In front of us there is a natural park of cypresses and the Villa Medici “La Ferdinanda”(hundred chimneys).
Carmignano is in the heart of Toscany in a very good position for artistic cities tours. Florence(20km)-Pistoia(18km)-Pisa(70km)-Prato(15km)-Lucca(100km)-Siena(75km)

We speak English and can meet you when you arrive and will be happy to accept children and controlled animals.
The apartment is composed by:
• 1 bedroom with a double-bed + a single bed
• 1 sitting area with TV and a double sofa-bed
• 1 dining room / kitchen (equipped)
• 1 shower room, basin and toilet
