Situata sulle colline di Camaiore e non lontana dalla costa della Versilia, dalla quale dista solo 12 km. Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina. 
Da qui molti sono gli itinerari sia storici, culturali che naturalistici che consentono di effettuare: la visita degli antichi borghi, i percorsi trekking, le gite in bicicletta o a cavallo.  
Il Lago di Massaciuccoli, Torre del Lago, Lucca, Garfagnana, Pisa, sono i centri più vicini, ricchi di interesse e di eventi, fra cui il più famoso è il coloratissimo Carnevale di Viareggio; da non dimenticare il Festival Pucciniano e gli incontri al Caffè della Versiliana, nelle mondane estati delle famose spiagge versiliesi. 
 
Casa Margherita, is divided onto two floors. The main entrance is in front of the parking that is outside the property grounds. The ground floor, has numerous French doors that permitted direct external access and provides natural illumination within the property. The ground floor is made up of a spacious living room with Satellite TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. From the living room via an internal staircase one accesses the night area, made up of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub, another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The inside of this property is well furnished with classical wooden furniture coupled with fresh colours offering a bright and welcoming environment. A short distance from the main house, there is a small dependence, set on two floors. On the ground floor, there is the entrance and a bathroom with shower, and on the first floor there is a twin bedroom with direct access to the garden.

				High Season Price:	€2,980 per Week

TERMS OF PAYMENT: - 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted. BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single installment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
