"Il Corbezzolo" is a two-bedroom house located in the historical centre of the medieval village of Boccheggiano, no far from Siena (30 
miles), one of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany. The village is surrounded by chestnut woods and rolling landscapes. The house  
offers unsurpassed views of traditional Tuscan countryside. Boccheggiano,18 miles from the coast and its sandy beaches(Follonica is 30 minutes away), is it ideal as starting point for daytrips all around Tuscany. Florence is 1 hour and 30 minutes, S.Gimignano 1 hour, 
Volterra 1 hour, Massa Marittima 20 minutes, Elba Island 50 minutes ferry ride from Piombino (40 minutes)and hundreds more historical and traditional popular places. 
The house is on two levels, ground floor composed by Living room with 
TV, log fire and a living kitchen. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (able to sleep four people), and a bathroom with shower, magnificent view from all the bedrooms and from the kitchen.  
Guest can also use an hotel swimming pool nearby. 
If cooking is not in your plans, you will find two traditional Trattorias with "unique" Tuscan food and wine, in the village itself (no driving involving!!). The nearest airport is Pisa (1 hour and 15 minutes) or Roma FCO 
(about two hours).  
Boccheggiano is where you could experience the "real Tuscan lifestile" away from the touristics sites, no souvenir shops in the village but only real people. 
So if you are looking for the "real" Tuscany come to visit us in Boccheggiano!
