Villa Gina has stunning views over the Appenine Mountains and Serchio Valley. The villa has been renovated to the highest standard and provides comfortable and generous accommodation with six bedrooms (with new beds & mattresses), modern facilities (including three bathrooms) and a beautiful kitchen. The house is in its own grounds with two large, flat gardens. These have breathtaking views down the valley to the beautiful historic town of Barga. Barga itself is a thriving town with a fascinating history. It has countless festivals and fiestas, stunning architecture, great traditional restaurants, a good supermarket, and a variety of banks and bars and cafes. It also has a good outdoor lido, and is surrounded by terrific walking, touring and motorcycling country. A perfect spot for relaxing, or for using as a base to explore Tuscany. Florence, Pisa and Lucca are all just an easy drive away, as are the popular and traditional coastal resorts of Viareggio and Forte di Marmi.
