Nearby there is a large public outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts,shops,bars, restaurants, beautiful scenery and historic places. However, Barga is still very much a local town with friendly people,fiestas,markets and a terrific atmosphere. The apartment is a three minute walk to the town center and a further three minutes to the old historic walled part of town.The beautiful town of Luca is approx.1 hours drive as is the seaside resort of Viareggio and if you are a skier a drive of about 1 hour will take you to the slopes. The apartment itself is bright and new with all the things you will need for an enjoyable holiday.
