Our holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farm, set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.  
The farmhouse, once upon a time, was part an old estate,where farmers grew tobacco.The house has recently acquired the status of historical building. 
This is an area worth exploring. 
 
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE FARMHOUSE, in this case we can host up to 22 people.. 
 
Excellent location on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo; central and close to all t...he major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.  
The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and 3 apartments :for2/9 people.  
 
BAITA 77 m2 (4+2) two bedrooms. 
Luminous stone cottage on two floors with its private garden and equipped terrace.2 bedrooms, spacious separate kitchen,large living room with double sofa bed, normal sofa, armchair.....french windows opening onto the garden,bathroom /shower. 
FONTANINA 73 m2 (2+3) One bedroom( one double +single bed) 
Ground floor, covered porch, living room,sofa bed, separate kitchen ,one large bedroom,bathroom / shower. 
 
CARPANO 70 m2 (3+2) two bedrooms(one double+one single) 
Ground floor, living roomwith sofa bed, separate kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom,large bathroom/shower. 
 
SOPPALCO 75 m2 ( 7+2)  
First floor, three bedrooms(one matrimonial, one twin,one family bedroom with 3 single beds,where it's possible to add 2 beds) kitchenette/living room,sofa. 
 
All the kitchen are more than fully equipped with :microwave,refrigerator- freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster, mini food processor,plenty of everything you may need to really feel at home. Candle holders. Hair dryer.  
 
The chalet (La Baita) and the apartment Il Soppalco have a dish washer. 
 
All our units have reserved space in the garden and by the pool. 
The farm is surrounded by a large fenced garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 8 x 12 meters swimming pool. the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished ,all provided with TV sat and their own heating system. Simple but comfortable they have everything is needed to make guests feel at home.Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) ,vacuum cleaner available for common use. Barbecue (three stone bbq).Free Internet Wifi connection ( on all the apartment, USb key connection on the chalet, DVD. 
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, are in Laterina and Pergine Valdarno only 2.5 km from the house. 
 
More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.  
 
The train station to go to Florence is less than 4 km from the house with free parking . Open air markets in every small town or villages in the area every day of the week . 
The First Saturday and Sunday of each month one of the most important Antiquities Fair is held is Arezzo. 
 
Activities: Tourism, Sightseeing, Bird watching, Hiking.Mountain Biking, Walking,relaxing. 
 
The Natural Reserves,of Valle dell Inferno e Bandella and Ponte Buriano e Penna,will also give visitors the opportunity to explore this area natural environment through quite a few charming itineraries.

Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels,kitchen linens, swimming pool towels, free use of laundry, it doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 250,00 poer unit,to be paid on cash upon arrival day) mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person. * Heating ( when needed and allowed, usually from mid October to middle March) is forfeited at € 18,00/day apartments& 20,00/day cottage .
