The farmhouse is placed on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo, we are in Chianti. The location is really excellent since is central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.Some more information
Historical Estate dating from the 17 th century, located on the hills on the left bank of the Arno River, close to Arezzo (15 kms.). The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and 4 apartments :for2/9 people. Carpano(3+2),Fontanina(2+3),Soppalco(7+2),Covo (4+2) .Every unit has its own reserved space(terrace oin the garden) and by the swimming pool. It is possible to rent the whole farm or a single unit.
Our holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVIII century farmhouse .The farm is set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river. The Compound is surrounded by a large garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 7 x 12 meters swimming pool that has a part for children (3x3 meters). The apartments have been tastefully finished , and fully furnished and are all provided with TV sat, and their own heating system. Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) available for common use. Barbecue.
The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometers from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo, and it is the ideal base for many excursion in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany and taking the train you can be in the heart of Florence in about half an hour. Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lover will find nearby many outlets of the most fashion brands of the Made in Italy, such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G
The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine.
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, and a nice restaurant are in laterina only 2.5 km from the house. More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
The train station to go to Florence is 7 km from the house with free parking , all our guests have appreciated very much this facility, since it has allowed them to visit Florence ( even every day ) and come back in the evening and relax in the quiet surrounding of our house.
Open air markets in every small town or villages in the area every day of the week but Sunday.

Since we opened 6 years ago, many guests chose to come back again, and nobody ever got bored.
We do not live on the property but are there every day and we are always at our guests disposal.

PAYMENT: A deposit of 30% (thirty per cent) of the total amount due must be sent immediately to confirm Bookin.Balance must be paid 45 days before the start of the lease. Payment must be made according to the instructions given when the booking is accepted.
Payments accepted: Bank Transfer /PayPal.
Location cost includes: use of electricity, cold and hot water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels,kitchen linens, swimming pool towels, free use of laundry, it doesn't include: caution deposit ( € 200,00 poer unit,to be paid on cash upon arrival day) mandatory final cleaning fee= € 16,00 per person.* Heating ( when needed and allowed, usually from mid October to middle March) is forfeited at € 9,00/day.
