Villa Nella is situated in the Arno valley between Arezzo and the Casentino in Tuscany. Recently the villa has been restored with every kind of comfort and offers two beautiful apartments: Panoramico and Nido.
The Panoramico is an open space apartment and offers in total four sleeping places. Its terrace offers a gorgeous sight on the garden and the village of Subbiano. From the first floor two steep stairs approach two small towers with a single bed in each. A characteristic wooden stair situated on the back of the villa permits to enter the apartment.
The Nido is very cozy and romantic. Even if it is small is highly comfortable and it is the ideal choice for a couple.
The villa had been built taking great care over heat insulation in order to guarantee optimal comfort in summer and winter. In the beautiful garden there are a mosaic swimming pool, tennis table, firewood, two different barbecues, wooden pergola and parking. We offer our kind hosts every kind of vegetable of our garden.
The villa is on a hill near Subbiano, a village with every kind of stores. The location of Villa Nella easily allows to visit in one day artistic and cultural places like Firenze, San Gimignano, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Cortona, Lucignano, Anghiari, Sansepolcro, Monterchi, La Verna, Camaldoli and the Casentino National Forest Park.
