Situated in its own gardens Villa L' Acacia is a stunning country house perfect for a holiday in Le Marche. Villa L' Acacia is not isolated and has easy access to regional capitol Fermo, (15km), the Adriatic coast (20km) and to explore the Sibillini Mountains (30km).

The grounds are fenced with an electric gate ensuring a safe area for children and dogs, and the gardens have mature trees, creating a secluded park-land feeling of 5,000 sq.mt, and, of course, a beautiful private pool.

The Villa is furnished tastefully with a few antiques from the owner's family lending a personal touch and making guests feel welcome and at home. Ground floor: entrance, large living room, dining room, kitchen with oven and dishwasher,

First floor: large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and jacuzzi, 3 twin bedded rooms, bathroom with shower. Telephone.

Acacia is about 1 hr 15 minutes from Ancona airport.

Villa Acacia is between the Sea and the mountains so is in a good location for exploring the region. We can hire bikes, skiing is wintertime only. The Sibillini National Park is nearby with fabulous opportunities for mountain sports and hiking.
