"We had really good luck to choose this house.It is perfectly located as it is quite near to Urbino but totally in the countryside.So we could visit them both. The appartment is large, comfortable and quiet.The incredible thing is the view to the surrounding hills that is marvellous.We couldn't stop looking around.. The owners,Mary and Julian are very friendly and helpfull and gave us all the necessary informations.Moreover, they bought nice things for us to decorate the house and they had filled the fridge with all the necessary.At Christmas night they offered us very nice time at their home. It is a pity we couldn't stay more. We are totally impressed and we hope to go again in springtime!"

"Contesto tranquillo e isolato, il massimo per chi vuole prendersi una bella pausa di relax.A soli 5 minuti dal paese più vicino. I proprietari Julian e Mary sono ottimi, cordiali, gentili e estremamente disponibili. La casa è perfetta, calda e piena di confort. Una esperienza da rifare...Grazie Mille"

"Wij kwamen aan in Sagrata en het was meteen geweldig alles was aanwezig, koffie stond in de kast, thee brood, jam, olijfolie, je werd echt verwelkomt. We hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad, voor de kinderen was er ook een tafeltennistafel en een kamer vol met boeken. Als je in het zwembad ligt, heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels en 's middags steekt er een klein windje op en dat is heerlijk verfrissend. Mary en Julian zijn echte gastvrouw en heer. Het was gewoon Top !"

"Appartement meublé avec goût et spacieux. Très bien équipé ( tout le confort pour une famille): lave linge à disposition sèche cheveux grille pain four électrique TV prise pour internet, lecteur dvd chaîne audio table de ping pong jeux et livres. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets. La piscine est grande . Très bon séjour, à recommander vivement"

Tranquil apartment in stunning location with large pool
Having spent our professional lives as actors, we moved out from England in 2007 and started renting our apartment in 2009. Since then it has been extremely popular and we have had 100% "top marks" in feedback from all our guests.
We love this beautiful part of Italy for its exquisite landscape, and also because it is still somewhat off the beaten track, and not part of a tourist trail. We have got to know it well, and will be very happy to provide information on local restaurants, shops, markets, galleries, hiking trails, horse-riding, fairs, etc etc.
The apartment (which is completely self-contained) is at one end of the house, and we live at the other. In addition to the 14x5 metre pool we have a games room with ping-pong and table football.
