The villa Pomegranate is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, overlooking unspoilt scenery whilst benefiting from all the modern comforts. It will host you amongst the scents and colours of nature, simply Italy at its best.
Villa Pomegranate is a large detatched farmhouse of 350 sqm in the heart of Le Marche region. The farm relais is nestled in the centre of 28 acres of land where a forestation project was started in 2001 with
over 2800 trees of many different species, choosen to attract birds and thus create a peaceful and natural oasis.
Set in the soft rolling hills of southern Marche the villa offers its guests a tranquil and beautiful setting,
overlooking distant hilltop villages and the Sibillini mountains.
The property being let is composed of the large villa / farmhouse, the Pink Cottage and the swimming pool, for exclusive use of the patrons.The letting does not include the converted barn, which is used by the custodial family,
who take care of the grounds and regular pool maintenance.
The Farmhouse has been restored retaining the original features and character of an 18th century listed farmhouse, it has 8 bedrooms all en-suite : 6 double rooms and 2 twin rooms.
All bedrooms have a rustic feel with stone walls, wooden beams, antique furniture, old style ceiling fan, independent heating, smoke alarms and have splendid views over the valley and the mountains.
On the Ground Floor : the master bedroom and two twin rooms - with easy access also for elderly people.
On the Upper Floor : 4 large double bedrooms and 1 smaller double room.
The Pink Cottage it's very bright and on one floor with 1 large double bedroom & 1 smaller room with twin beds,
shower room, fully equipped kitchen with marble worktops, cooker, washing machine and the dining area
with a sofa which can be used as an additional bed. Shady veranda with outdoor eating area and kiwi garden.
Pool Area - On an elevated position, the pool and playing area are safely fenced off.
The pool measures 5m x 10m, it has an enviable sunny exposure and a night cover to maintain its temperature during the months of May and September. It is surrounded by a large and panoramic sun deck and a covered pergola, equipped with sunbeds and steamer chairs. Further away, on the same level and surrounded by olive tress, there is a trampoline and a triple swing.
Outdoors, the BBQ area provides shaded seating for 20 people, 16 deck chairs, 2 bicycles.
Central heating and air conditioning, if used, as well as cleaning fees must be paid in cash prior to departure .

Evening meals - 'Genuine Italian cuisine' prepared by the owner can be booked in advance and is served in the new patio area of 50 sq.m that comfortably seats 20.
Guests who prefer not to cook at every meal time, but still would like to dine and relax at the villa
can order meals from a local restaurant, at very reasonable prices.
Our local knowledge and previous groups experiences are passed on to you, to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Linen and towels are included, but we do not provide towels for outside use. We advise guests to bring their own towels for external use, i.e. to use around the swimming pool or at the beach. NB: Beach towels can be purchased directly from us if required. The property is cleaned on a weekly basis and we require guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 am latest on the change over day, to allow us time to thoroughly clean the property prior to the next booked period. Guests booking a longer period than a week, should allow us access to clean and change the linen/towels on a weekly basis.

The bathrooms are new, tiled, have a toilet, bidet, sink, shower with crystal doors, shaving point and a hairdryer.
To ensure constant hot water to all rooms, there are 2 independent combi-boilers, one on each floor.
There is also an additional bathroom & laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The main dining room, with extra large granite table, sits 16 adults comfortably. The smaller dining room sits 12.
There is an additional kitchen on the upper floor, inclusive of washing machine, fridge, hob and a kettle with tea & coffee making facilities.
The lounge area has a large leather corner sofa, a flat screen TV, DVD, Satellite TV, stereo surround system, hi-fi and open fireplace. Wi-fi internet access is available free of charge.
