Vacation Rental Description
The farm consists of four hectares of certified origin (D.O.C.) Verdicchio vineyards, one hectare of olive trees of mixed varieties, and half a hectare of truffle ground, in a corner of the greenest Marches, in the area where Verdicchio wine is produced.
The central location of the Agriturismo makes it a comfortable starting point for any tour around the region, from the coast to the Sibillini mountains.
It is possible to plan day trips of great tourist and natural interest to the Riviera del Conero, Frasassi caves, centers of artistic interest like Jesi and its castles, Fabriano the homeland of paper, Urbino the birthplace of Raffaello, and many other charming villages where tranquillity and grace reside.
The agriturismo, converted from an original farmhouse, consists of three independent units for families or groups.
Despite being located in the quietness of the country, the village is within easy access, just half a kilometre away.
Available to all guests is a common swimming pool and a covered pergola for each apartment.
At Parva Domus we do not serve meals, but we do organise wine-tasting with the farm’s products (wine, oil, charcruterie).
This occurs in the historical wine cellar of the manor house.
Such gatherings are friendly occasions to make new acquaintances and pleasant conversation.
It is divided into three roomy and comfortable apartments with independent entrances.
These living units have been restored with special care to details (decorative beams, fired-brick and wooden floors) and the well-preserved furniture of rural tradition has belonged to the family for centuries.
The guests can expect a free and independent stay in a healthy environment.
Parva Domus Apartment 1:
This three-room apartment is 90m2 and is on the first floor.
There is a large kitchen-living room with a three-seater sofa-bed, fireplace and balcony.
There are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the main bedroom there is a kingsize bed and the beautiful furniture dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.
The second bedroom has two single beds in cast iron and furniture dating back to the end of the 19th century.
Parva Domus Apartment 2:
This two-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is 79m2.
It consists of a large kitchen-living room with a three-seater sofa-bed, a single sofa-bed and access to the private pergola and garden.
The bedroom has a queensize bed and there is a separate bathroom.
The furniture of this apartment is simple, elegant and functional.
Parva Domus Apartment 3:
This 80m2 apartment is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with a three-seater sofa-bed and access to the private garden with pergola.
This room's furniture, in local oak, is crafted by a skilled artisan.
On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a queensize bed and a single sofa-bed.
There is a small balcony and a separate bathroom.
The wardrobe, drawers and night tables date back to the end of the 19th century.
There is also the possibility of Bed and Breakfast at the proprietor's residence, some 40 metres distant from the agriturismo.
The house has been restored with particular attention to its original details (wooden beams, wooden staircase, terracotta tiles and parquet flooring).
The proprietors have two spacious and comfortable bedrooms available, with a shared bathroom between for the exclusive use of guests.
The guest rooms and bathroom are found on the second floor.
The airconditioned bedrooms have a queen-size and a single bed, television, wardrobe and chairs.
Upon request a child's bed and cot are available.
Breakfast will be served in the antique kitchen.
For sunbathing and relaxing outdoors there is a beautiful garden with a large terrace.
Guests are assured of a wam, cordial welcome and every effort will be made to ensure a pleasant stay.
