In the province of Ancona, between Pergola and Arcevia, just 35 km inland from the Adriatic Coast, lies Borgo Belfiore, nestling in the heart of the Le Marche region. A relaxing and cosy holiday retreat situated in its’ own 7.5 acres of agricultural land. Apartment Rosa is one of 13 comfortable apartments and a guest restaurant in 2 historic buildings with a spacious pool in the Olive grove.
The buildings and apartments have been restored in the traditional style with all modern comforts and tasteful furnishings.

Borgo Belfiore lies at an altitude of 1300 feet on the outskirts of the little village of Montefortino and is an ideal venue for nature lovers seeking peace and tranquillity. The views are spectacular as walking, cycling and horse riding are great ways to discover the local natural environs.
Belfiore is also a good starting point to explore the rich history and art of Le Marche, also called ”New Tuscany” with the vibrant towns of Pesaro, Urbino, Fabriano, Coribaldo, Jesi and the pilgrimage town of Loreto. You can enjoy playing golf in the Parco di Conero near the seaside.
The Dutch-German proprietors, Susanne and Pieter, live at Belfiore and guarantee good hospitality, cosiness and excellent service.

Once or twice week we will be glad to pamper you with a culinary delight. We will prepare and cook a typical Italian ”Cena” for you, the traditional Italian dinner. This 4-course dinner can be enjoyed, together with the other guests, on the outside terrace or in the guests’ restaurant. Let us know beforehand if you are vegetarian, have any specific food allergies or have other dietary requirements. The inspiration of our chef and the cosy local ambiance of Belfiore guarantee a satisfying meal and a special evening. On Belfiore we sow, nurture and harvest our own crops of Wheat, Olives and Sunflowers.

Our Orchard offers fresh Figs, Prunes, Apricots, Cherries, Kakis, Pomegranate and Quince. Seasonally dependent, we also offer our own Almonds, Laurel and a variety of Spices.

With a maximum of 50 beds, Borgo Belfiore is a wonderful destination for small conferences, Family functions and Marriages. If you wish we can provide your entire marriage planning including all the restaurant services with an excellent caterer for largerer groups and indeed we do cook ourselves for up to 50 people.

In 2008 we had 3 weddingparties on Borgo Belfiore with guests staying either for a long weekend or even a week. We offer a fantastic sensation of a Italian wedding and the complete services on our location. The wedding is held either in the beautiful townhall of Arcevia or a nearby church. Belfiore is a holiday venue for nature lovers, for those seeking peace & tranquillity and for anyone wishing to discover Italy with its rich history, art, and interesting towns.
Within walking distance you will find picturesque villages as Palazzo and Piticchio. Arcevia is only 6 km away. It has a population of circa 6,000 and contains a pleasant old market square, all kinds of shops, restaurants to suit all tastes and a small regional hospital. In the centre of town you'll find various historic buildings including a small theatre.
Within 40 minutes drive you can visit Cagli, Pergola, and Sassoferrato. Larger towns less than an hour away,are Urbino, Pesaro (Rossini festival), Fano (fresh fish and beautiful shops),Senigallia (nearest beach), Jesi (Verdicchio wine) Frasassi (spectacular grottoes), and Ancona (shops, markets, a large port and plenty of sightseeing).Just a little further away are Gubbio,Cortona,Perugia and Assisi.

High Season Price : €1400 per Week

to confirm booking a 50% a downpayment of total rent to be paid into bank account
final payment of balance to be paid min. 6 weeks before arrival. in case non payment of balance the 50% downpayment is non refundable. Cancellation possible 8 weeks before arrival in which case downpayment MINUS € 35 for handling & administration costs will be returned
