Sleeping 8 to 12 with reduced prices for groups of up to 8. Casa Bella Fonte is a spacious 5 bedroom villa including a exclusive separate building in 12 acres with a 10m private pool. Situated in a secluded but not isolated location in landscaped gardens 25 mins from the beach and 35 from mountains, a short walk into the beautiful old town of Montalto with local shops, bars and restaurants. Other spectacular medieval towns lie nearby. Guests have use of Free Wifi broadband and international phone. 
 
CBF has hosted numerous large groups over the years with many returning for further holidays. A country road from the medieval cathedral town of Montalto delle Marche through a private avenue of walnut trees opens to the secluded grounds of Casa Bella Fonte. The villa sits high on the hillside, commanding unsurpassed views toward the sea. The deep blue Adriatic is defined by green rolling hills tipped by the many and varied medieval hilltowns of southern Marche. The 300 sm villa, 4 hectres of gardens and pool provide ample room for living, relaxing and exploring.  
 
Casa Bella Fonte has been lovingly restored and offers spacious accommodation, perfect for those who are looking for a facility that can accommodate an extended family or groups of friends or families. The villa is secluded but not isolated and offers fantastic views yet is only a short walk from Montalto. The amenities in town provide all you will need during your stay.  
 
We are attempting to make the house as environmentally low impact as possible. We have two solar water heaters to supplement an immersion tank. Our toilets are the normal flushing type but toilet waste is treated in an ecological composting system imported from Sweden - the first in Italy. Recycling bins are provided including a compost bin for waste foodstuffs. We can’t produce our own electricity yet be we are looking in to it. Wood burners provide carbon neutral heating. The main living area is a huge 12 x 5 meter lounge and dining room with large wood burning stove, HiFi and picture window with stunning views across the valley. The second lounge is equipped with wood burning stove, TV, DVD, HiFi and double sofa bed. 
 
For 2012 we have added an exclusive separate bedroom with stunning views perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. 25 mins to the beach and 35 mins from the mountains. As our guest book reveals, CBF has provided many perfect holidays. 
 
The spacious patios around the house provide ample space for eating outside. The patio is accessed directly from the kitchen and rear doors and is shaded with a tiled roof. There is a lounge area to the south of the pool for relaxation after your swim, sunbathing or relaxing with a page turner. The 10x6m pool has 2 inbuilt sets of stairs and dramatic lighting for your evening dip. We have pool loungers and wooden outdoor seating and tables for alfresco dining. The pool shower room is built onto the side of the house, the timber framed design, bamboo screens and flourishing plants provide an exotic setting for your pre and post swim showers. Large lawns surround the house on three sides and lead to huge tracts of unspoilt lands where a wide variety of wildlife flourish including deer, badgers, red (black) squirrels, polecats, geckos, frogs, toads, foxes, a range of native and migratory birds including buzzards, falcons and eagles and magical spring evenings illuminated by fireflies. Library - The villa boasts a Library and Travel room, we have over a thousand books and artefacts from around the world. Kitchen - 5 ring Smeg gas cooker, two fridge freezers, dishwasher, double ceramic sinks. The large kitchen is very well equipped with ample storage and original features making cooking in a joy. just outside lies a large herb garden for authentic Italian flavours. Utility room - Bosh washing machine. Iron and ironing board. double doors from the utility room lead to a south facing patio with a washing line. Services - House towels, pool towels and bedlinen are all included. For guests staying longer than a week the house can be cleaned after the end of each week and the bedlinen can be changed after a week (price on application).

The pleasant town of Grottammare offers the rare luxury of a free beach in an Italian seaside town just 25 minutes drive from the house. The free beach is surrounded by palm trees with free showers and a drinking fountain within easy walk of the town center. The beach is clean and sandy, the sea is safe and warm and shallow and sandy underfoot. A short walk takes you to the center of town. There are many other free beaches and plenty of private ones up and down this stretch of the Adriatic. 
 
The Conero Golf Club is located at 5 minutes from the center of Sirolo, along the direction of the Autostrada A14 around 75 mins drive. The club has two paths. The 18 championship holes. The second path 'Executive' (9 holes), is ideal both for the newbees and those who want to perfect the short game. 
 
There are a number of ski resorts in the Sibillini mountains. The nearest is around 40 minutes from the house.

• Nearest Town : montalto delle marche at 0.5 kilometers distance
• Travel Info: Flying to Ancona or Pescara airports via Ryanair from Stanstead airport are the quickest routes. Montalto is pretty much half way between these two airports and travel time by motorway is around 1 hour 15 minutes from either. Rome and Bolonga are both around 2.5 hours drive from the house. Other airports close by are Rimini and Perugia.
