Casa Vandra is perfect for tranquil family holidays. It is a traditionally restored farmhouse offering spacious accommodation and quality furniture and fittings. The house is south facing and very private but within 5 mins from a local shop and 10 minutes drive to Urbisaglia, Colmurano and Tolentino. It has magnificent views, lovely gardens, patio and a pool (12m x 6m). The house has original old beams and doors, and cotto floors and ceilings; it has 2 large living areas, 5 large bedrooms with new beds and linen.

Only 10 minutes drive from Urbisaglia and Colmurano, which have a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, it is perfectly situated to serve as a base to visit Tolentino (15 mins), Macerata with its Summer Opera Festival (20 mins), the beach (30 mins), the Sibillini Mountains (30 mins), lake Fiastra (40 mins) and Ancona airport.Golf course approx 1 hour away.

Sibillini mountains approx. 30 minutes away.
The coast is approx. half a hour away. Portonovo and Sirolo (Monte Conero) are 1 hour away.
Ancona airport 1 hour. Pescara airport 1.5 hours.

Set in a perfect italian idyl, there is a large terrace with a table and ombrellone from which you can enjoy the magnificent views whilst sitting and enjoying Italian food and wine. Alternatively if it is an extremely hot day behind the house there is large mulberry tree with a long wooden table under it where you can enjoy the shade and coolness.
If you happen to get a rainy day, we have provided you with a selection of books, dvds/videos and games. In the Lounge there is also a pool table.
