Our spacious country house has stunning views over the Sibillini Mountains and is situated just 4km from a medieval hilltop town, noted for its history and beauty.

Ours is a very different offering, At Villa Sibillini we offer our guests all the benefits of a villa rental without any of the work. So, no cooking, cleaning, shopping,serving or even washing up. All that's needed of you, is to help yourself to drinks from the bar (pre-ordered), a little help with setting the table and clearing after, and making your bed (although if you prefer we can bring in extra staff to do it all).

How does it work? It's a little like having your own private restaurant on site, so you decide what you would like to eat and we do the rest. This must be expensive you are thinking? Absolutely not. The cost for this type of villa rental is from Euro 4650 and based on 14 adults, works out at approx Euro 47 per person per day, plus the cost of pre ordered drinks and the meals that you have.

We think that we have got the perfect break for all hardworking families and friends - all of the enjoyment and relaxation with none of the chores.
