The house itself is about 100 years old. It has exposed beamed ceilings throughout, with brick or tiles floors. In the winter it is centrally heated.

Please note the swimming pool is unfenced and small children must be closely supervised. Guests with a child will be expected to sign an agreement accepting full legal responsibility for the safety of the child in and around the swimming pool.

In the best place of Le Marche (pronounced lay MAHR-kay) to get close to Nature and Culture in Italy, at Fiastra Abbey Nature Reserve wood's edge, in a beauty spot, a newly-refurbished cottage (accomodation self-catering), surrounded by trees and silence, with a swimming pool. At Chiaravalle di Fiastra Abbey (1.5 mls far from the cottage), two bars, a typical restaurant, a self-service restaurant, a pizzeria, an open-air bar and the food store selling the products of the local farmers.
In Urbisaglia, the small town which is 4 mls far, you will find many other shops, a market, the bank, the chemist's ...and an excellent restaurant (Locanda Le Logge).

Rates

Low Season Price : €500
High Season Price : €1200 per Week

Prices include:
electricity, water, gas and heating supply (not in Low Season and Spring ), Sat-Tv. Final cleaning. Linen and towels are provided, and will be changed weekly if you are staying for longer than one week. Please bring your own towels for use by the pool.

Rental periods commence on Saturday afternoons. We would ask that you do not arrive before 5:00pm to ensure that the property is ready for your arrival, and departing time is Saturday 10:00am.

Cancellations:
If booking is cancelled two month before the chosen date for the holiday, the booking fee will be refunded with a € 100.00 deduction.
If booking is cancelled between the 60th and the 30th day in advance, € 50.00 will be refunded.
Nothing will be refunded for cancellations arried the month preceding the chosen date for the holiday.
